1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions, no questions asked :

- The product is damaged.

Original packaging, invoice, and tags are intact
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return

Our team will review and approve the request

Once approved, return instructions will be shared

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
To safeguard against transit damage, missing items, or theft, we strictly adhere to a Mandatory Unboxing Video policy.

The Process: You must record a single, continuous, unedited video starting from the sealed outer courier bag showing the shipping label clearly.

Coverage: The video must capture the opening of the package and the inspection of the jewelry piece.

Validity: In the absence of an unboxing video, Maela reserves the right to reject any claims of damage or missing items. This is a non-negotiable requirement for high-value jewelry logistics.

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost

For all other approved returns, the customer will bear the shipping charges

Products must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit
5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
